It is essential to realise that all staircases will differ, even if they look the same.

A great deal of our products are made to order, especially from our bespoke range.

Every tread, riser and moulding has to be cut, trimmed and attached with a great deal of accuracy and this will inevitably take some time by our skilled tradesmen.

Therefore every staircase will be priced accordingly depending on your requirements and end finish.

To give you some idea on pricing, an average 12 tread staircase (under 1mt wide) will cost anything from £1500.00. This will include all material, labour and carriage and is based on a solid wood cladding.

Laminate cladding is generally a little cheaper and will cost in the region of £1200.00 for the same staircase.

Bull noses (bottom tread), winders, landings, staining, spraying etc will all increase the cost and wherever possible a site visit would be advantageous to give an accurate quotation.
